Milestones
Origin & Initiation
The company originated in Shanghai and embarked on the research & development of functional NBR foam materials.
R&D of Coating Technology
Launched the R&D of vinyl-coated NBR foam products. After six years of repeated trials, the core coating technology matured and moved into trial production.
Technological Breakthrough, End Import Dependence
Successfully developed self-owned formula for life-saving buoyancy foam, breaking overseas monopoly and realizing domestic supply of core buoyancy materials.
Mass Production & Global Expansion
Vinyl-coated NBR foam achieved mass production and entered international markets. Meanwhile, we started the development of one-step molded NBR products.
Establish Industry Leadership
Vinyl dipping foam business turned profitable. We became one of the mainland China’s manufacturers capable of large-format dipping foam production. Up to now, we own 15 authorized patents (1 invention patent, 14 utility & design patents) and 4 registered trademarks.
Relocate to Haimen, Nantong
Production base relocated to Baochang Town, Haimen District, Nantong City, Jiangsu Province.
Access Top North American Retail Channels
Our dipping foam products gained wide recognition globally, supplying major retailers including COSTCO, WALMART and MEIJER. We initiated the R&D of water-based coating technology for sustainable manufacturing.
Enter Medical Material Sector
Built a 1,500 ㎡ Class 100,000 clean workshop to develop medical-grade foam products. Obtained FDA registration in March the same year.
Milestone of Molding Technology
After 8 years of continuous research, the one-step mold foaming technology for NBR was successfully developed, entering equipment and process validation phase.
Full Transition to Eco-friendly Production
Water-based coating technology stabilized. We completely phased out oil-based coating production to achieve non-toxic, odorless and low-carbon manufacturing.
Pilot Production of Molded Foam
One-step molded NBR foam products started small-batch trial production, expanding our high-performance foam portfolio.
New Domestic Manufacturing Base
Moved to a brand-new modern factory in Nantong covering 430,000 sq. ft., greatly expanding overall production capacity.
Global Dual-base Layout
Our USA manufacturing plant (160,000 sq. ft.) was completed, establishing a Sino-US collaborative supply chain to better serve North American customers.
